South African Amapiano star MaWhoo is celebrating a major career milestone after landing an impressive four nominations for Ukhozi FM’s highly anticipated Song of the Year titles. According to Fakazanews, the singer’s breakout year has earned her a strong presence on the coveted Top 20 list, placing her firmly among the genre’s leading hitmakers.

All four nominated tracks — Bengicela, Uzizwa Kanjan, Tholukuthi, and Amandla — have made waves across South Africa throughout the year.
