Actress Mapaseka Koetle recently added a new set of wheels to her life and couldn’t be happier. The talented star bought herself a brand-new Mazda CX-60 and shared the exciting moment with her fans on social media.
Mapaseka posted stunning pictures of herself next to her car, looking radiant in a flowy yellow dress. In her caption, she wrote, “Some moments don’t need words, just feeling. Here’s to new beginnings, golden days, and drives that remind you that The Feeling Will Find You.”
Her followers and industry friends flooded her comments with warm messages of congratulations. The purchase is extra special because Mapaseka is also a brand ambassador for Mazda, a role proudly mentioned in her Instagram bio.
But beyond her glamorous career, Mapaseka continues to inspire many women through her honesty about motherhood. Speaking to Drum Magazine, the actress opened up about the challenges of raising her 9-year-old daughter, Nema, whom she shares with her ex-husband, Nelson Nyokong.
“The challenges I face are that I’m a working mom, so I hardly have time to spend with my daughter, but I do have time off. I switch off my phone and spend time with her,” she said. “I realise that kids don’t want money, they want time, and attention.”
Her reflections on parenting led her to create her podcast, Mommy Diaries, where she gives mothers a platform to share their journeys and struggles.
Recently, on November 1st, Mapaseka hosted the Mommy Diaries Live event, which was a huge success. Afterward, she took to social media to express her gratitude:
“I’m still so happy and so grateful. Thank you to each and every person who came to the Mommy Diaries Live event — your love, energy, and presence made it so special. My heart is full! A huge thank you to our incredible speakers who poured so much wisdom, honesty, and love into the room. You truly inspired us all. And of course, to our amazing sponsors, thank you for making this day possible. I can’t wait to do more of these gatherings where mothers come together, connect, and empower one another.”
Mapaseka says that through her podcast conversations, she’s learned that many women face far more difficult challenges than they often talk about. “Through my podcast, when I talk to women, I realise that some women have far more serious issues than those that I think I complain about. I realise that I’m not alone, because I sit across women who are really going through hell, so I realise my problems are not that hectic,” she said.
Between her new car, her ambassador role, and her growing community of mothers, Mapaseka is clearly stepping into a new chapter filled with gratitude, strength, and purpose.
