Award-winning musician Makhadzi wrapped up an incredible year with a show-stopping performance at the Peter Mokaba Stadium in Polokwane, Limpopo, on Saturday. Her highly anticipated One Woman Show drew thousands of fans, marking another milestone in her rise to stardom.

The event not only celebrated Makhadzi’s musical prowess but also highlighted her journey from humble beginnings to becoming one of South Africa’s biggest stars. Fans and fellow artists took to social media to congratulate her on this achievement.

Cassper Nyovest shared his excitement, posting, “Wow wow wow wow!!!! Congratulations to Makhadzi for filling up Peter Mokaba Stadium.” Sho Madjozi also praised Makhadzi’s hard work, saying, “This is not a label; this is sheer ambition, sheer drive, and power. An artist that is for and by the people.”

The One Woman Show featured performances from a stellar lineup of local artists, including Sho Madjozi, Nkosazana Daughter, Kharishma, Lwa Ndlunkulu, Janesh & Abi Wa Mampela, Cyan Boujee, and Zola 7, with more acts still to be revealed. The event highlighted the incredible talent within South Africa’s music scene.

Celebrating Makhadzi’s success, Cyan Boujee gifted her flowers to honour both the show’s achievement and for allowing her to be part of the performance.

Makhadzi, overwhelmed by the support, shared her gratitude on social media, writing, “I am speechless. THANK YOU SO MUCH A DREAM CAME TRUE.”

It’s clear that 2024 is set to be another incredible year for Makhadzi, who continues to inspire and entertain with her unique talent and determination.
