Luyanda Mazazi On Having Her Father In The Same Industry! The rising actress is holding her own and making a name for herself in the entertainment industry despite having family in the industry.

Luyanda says she doesn’t want to ride on her father’s fame and has done things her way and for herself since she broke into the industry.

“I’m my own person, so I never wanna get asked about my parents…I literally woke up, sent an email, I’ve looked for an agency on google, like everyone can do. I found one, sent an email and they were like ‘ok cool, come through audition’, I did that audition, they liked me…a week later or two I got an email that Generations is having auditions…,” she said in a recent interview.

Luyanda however says her father taught her to do more than just being an actress.

“…my family members are also in the arts…he does a lot of things…he does everything, literally…he actually made me realize I can’t just be an actress…”
