South African actress and model Lungelo Mpangase has bravely opened up about the heartbreaking loss of her brother, who was tragically murdered. The 29-year-old actress took to Instagram to share the devastating news, revealing that her brother was stabbed to death by a woman.

In an emotional post, Lungelo wrote, “This is the woman who stabbed my brother to death AWONKE NDWEBISA. Why is #GBV one sided? All my brother wanted to do is support his kids and not be a deadbeat father, and now he’s dead. Men please LEAVE!!! LEAVE!!! They will call you names it’s fine, just LEAVE.”

In the comments section, Lungelo further shared the pain of her loss, revealing that her brother left behind two daughters. When a follower expressed concern about the children growing up without both parents, Lungelo responded, “2 daughters now without parents! Probably witnessed everything so they are now messed up and will probably do the same in the future.”

Lungelo’s grief was evident in her Instagram stories, where she shared her raw emotions. “Arg guys sorry , I can’t go to dinner anymore. Suddenly so broken over my brother. After a shower I just broke down so bad,” she wrote, accompanying a short video of herself with red eyes, visibly shaken from crying.

In another story, she expressed her shock and betrayal, saying, “I bought clothes for this woman’s kids that are not my brother’s kids. Kanti she’s planning to kill him days later.” She later added, “Days later I was called to identify my brother here. Thank you Daveyton community for standing for the truth! Thank you Detective and Officers for being patient with us, you’re our heroes.”

Lungelo’s heartbreaking posts resonated with many, and she received an outpouring of support from her followers. Actress Thandy Matlaila commented, “Oh sis, I’m so sorry. You must be very upset & broken. Please find time for healing & we shall help you spread the word.” Musician and producer Sizwe Alakine also offered his condolences, saying, “Damn, sorry mama.”
