Keletso Modiba, widely known as Lula Odiba, is set to make waves on 5FM as the new host of the popular “5 Lunch” show, airing weekdays from 12:00 to 15:00. Teaming up with 5 Drive’s Nadia Romanos, Lula will debut on July 1, 2024, marking a significant milestone in her rapidly ascending broadcasting career.

Lula Odiba’s journey to this high-profile slot has been nothing short of inspiring. Her talent and dedication soon saw her move to YFM, where she co-hosted the “Lunch League” show with Teboho ‘Fresh by Caddy’ Tsotetsi. Lula also brought her vibrant personality to television, presenting on Channel O’s music variety show “Groove.”
Radio runs in Lula’s blood. Her father, the late Eddie Zondi, was a legendary broadcaster on Metro FM until his passing in June 2014. From a young age, Lula was inspired by her father’s passion for radio, and he encouraged her to carve out her own path in the industry. This early exposure and his unwavering support have been instrumental in Lula’s development as a broadcaster.
