A large percentage of South Africans think that Loyiso Gola’s show Late Night News With Loyiso Gola on e.TV is a total waste of time and is boring. Well it looks like the Australian’s really appreciate the man’s work and his comic resume just keeps getting better.
Judging by the number of local acts being recognised over seas our celebrities are really putting us on the map. First it was Trevor Noah with the Daily Show and now Loyiso has announced that he has been invited to star in an Australian satirical news show called The Weekly with Charlie Pickering.
Loyiso took to Twitter to share the exciting news of his ABC appearance and as usual Queen B had to be one of the first celebrities to congratulate the comedian.
Well from okMzansi congratulates Loyiso, we hope this is the door to even more international recognition!
