“Thank you to everyone who voted for me. Thank you @nationalfilmandtvawards for considering me for this award. This Best Female TV Personality award is ours. Coming back to Real Housewives of Durban season 5, I never imagined it would lead to a moment like this and @letitrainfilms made it happen. I am holding this award with a full and grateful heart. Your love and support made all of this possible. Ngyabonga,” she wrote.

Londie received an outpouring of love from fellow celebrities. DJ and actress Thuli Phongolo commented, “So deserving! Congratulations mama!” Reality TV stars Thobile Khumalo and Lo Sithelo also shared their congratulations, with Thobile writing, “Congratulations sweetheart,” and Lo adding, “Congratulations mama!”

Her journey on The Real Housewives of Durban has had its challenges. Londie first joined the show in Season 2 but was absent in Season 3 after moving to Durban to focus on family life with her then-partner, businessman Hlubi Nkosi. During her debut season, she shared, “I moved from Johannesburg to Durban to be a wife and mommy.”

Unfortunately, her relationship with Nkosi ended after the birth of their second child, amid rumours of infidelity. Londie decided to move back to Johannesburg to start over, focusing on her career and family.

Returning to the show in Season 5 proved to be a turning point, leading to her award-winning moment. Londie’s story of resilience, balancing motherhood, personal struggles, and professional growth, has inspired her fans throughout her journey.

Winning the NFTA award is a celebration of her hard work, dedication, and the unwavering support of her followers. Londie holds the award with a “full and grateful heart,” showing just how much this recognition means to her.
