Former Big Brother Mzansi contestant Liyema Pantsi has found herself in hot water after a clip surfaced, revealing her gossiping about fellow housemates Zintle Mofokeng and Sinaye Kotobe. According to Bona Magazine, the clip, posted by influencer Vicky Vee Jonas, allegedly captured Liyema’s voice discussing Zintle and Sinaye’s relationship, which has since become one of Mzansi’s favourite couples.
The five-minute clip stirred up controversy as Liyema made shocking statements about Sinaye’s relationship with Zintle, particularly how he handled his previous long-term relationship with Xhanti Pikinini. Liyema claimed Sinaye wanted to marry Xhanti, despite now being publicly involved with Zintle. “You can’t leave your girlfriend of 5-7 years, just for someone you met on Big Brother,” Liyema said, criticising his decision to break up with Xhanti, whom she described as a “good girl.”
Zintle, not one to shy away from addressing drama, subtly clapped back on Instagram, urging Liyema to focus on her music rather than meddling in others’ affairs.
Unapologetic about her comments, Liyema later posted a meme of a popular Nollywood actress, known for her roles in witchcraft, hinting that she stood by her words despite the backlash from fans. The situation has left many questioning the current dynamics between the former housemates.
