Content creator Lasizwe, known for his YouTube dating show Awkward Dates, brought smiles to the faces of school kids in Pimville, Soweto, by donating over 1,000 loaves of bread. In a heartwarming gesture for World Kindness Day, Lasizwe shared a video of himself atop a Sun Bake truck, waving and dancing to music as excited kids cheered him on.

Reflecting on the experience, Lasizwe wrote, “This!! This touched me hard. 1,000+ loaves of bread for the kids from my hood in Pimville, Soweto! Being able to make this happen and put 1,000+ breads on the table for 1,000 families… THIS IS CRAZY!!”

He expressed gratitude to Sun Bake, saying, “Growing up on Sunbake bread, this felt like the perfect choice. Thank you for the memories and for lending us the truck to bring it all together for the kids in Pimville! iKasi lama kasi. Happy World Kindness Day!”
