Khanyi Mbau Further Questions How The Alcohol Ban Will Decrease The Rate Of COVID-19 Infections. Khanyi Mbau has bagged some cool endorsements with some of the most popular alcohol brands in Mzansi, not to mention that she has her very own brand of Gin.

It’s no surprise that she is concerned with how the rate of the alcohol ban is affecting the “livelihoods” of many people and businesses involved in the alcohol industry. In a video posted on twitter, Khanyi further revisited the topic of the ban and questioned if this is the way to go about things.

The reality star posed a question asking if the ban has a positive impact on the rate of COVID-19 infections. Mbau also spoke on 160 000 people involved in the industry, who have lost their jobs.

Khanyi appealed to the authorities in her video by suggesting if there could possibly be a better way to go about the ban, such as regulating how alcohol is distributed and sold.

“I want the government to really look into this. Maybe we should have a regulated way of selling alcohol, but by stopping it we are killing families” Khanyi said.
