Kenny Kunene is set to make his second appearance on popular soapie Rhythm City in the upcoming days. Kunene opened up about his surprising passion for acting but don’t expect him to be desperate for any role. Kenny Kunene says he has turned down acting roles in the past.
“I was approached to be in a local film but I turned it down because the character just wasn’t right. I don’t want to go into any details but I felt like it didn’t fit in with who I am,” Kunene told a local publication.
On what roles he’d nail, the former Sushi King says a ‘Pastor’. “I could play the role of a pastor – because I am a religious man – but I could not, for example, play the role of a sangoma.”
