Apple Music has revealed the biggest songs and artists that defined Ke Dezemba in South Africa. The platform highlighted the tracks that got everyone dancing, streaming, and Shazaming throughout the festive season.

Leading the charts were Kelvin Momo, Kabza De Small, and Thukutela, who topped the list of South Africa’s most popular artists. But the anthem of the season was definitely “Shela” by Sam Deep, Nia Pearl, and Boohle. Not only did it dominate Apple Music charts, it also became the most Shazamed song in the country during December.

The festive playlist was a mix of homegrown and international hits, showing how South Africans love both local and global sounds.
