The 2015 Idols journey was quite the quick on and just after a couple of months we’ve come down to the final two.
It’s come down to the favourites, Karabo Mogane from Nelspruit goes head to head against Gauteng’s Mmatema Moremi to battle for the title of South African Idol Season 11.
The finale is set for Sunday the 22nd of November and will take place at Carnival City.
Drum magazine recently had an interview with Karabo, to find out how his Idols journey has been and how he feels about being in the top 2: “I imagined myself in the top two, because this has always been a dream of mine and I’m so humbled by the support I’m getting from my fans,” he shares.
There’s no doubt that every Sunday belongs to Idols, and Karabo is one of the top trending topics on social media, the talented vocalist shares that he plans to hold a free concert for all his fans that have supported him throughout the competition.
“I want to perform for my fans for free and take the money I make from the show, donate it to charity,” he says.
He then goes on to share that singer is not his last stop and plans to expand his talent in different ways. “I want to get into acting, and sports presenting. I’ve already signed up with an agent.”
Well we really looking forward to seeing more of Karabo on our screens soon, be it acting on Isidingo or performing on LIVE, we’ll absolutely love both episodes.
