Reality TV star and content creator Jojo Robinson has officially closed the chapter on The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip: Africa, and she is sharing exactly how she feels about the dramatic reunion.
The second and final episode of the reunion aired on Friday, 27 February 2026 on Showmax, bringing the intense season to an end. Shortly after the episode aired, Jojo took to social media to reflect on the experience and give fans a glimpse behind the scenes.
“And it’s DONE… officially,” she wrote. “I’m so grateful for the lessons and friendships I made. Past all the chaos it was unforgettable.”
While Jojo acknowledged the positive parts of the journey, she did not shy away from addressing the serious issues that surfaced during the reunion. She described it as “absolute chaos,” adding that “even still so much worse was said.”
She revealed that certain comments were so offensive they could not be broadcast. “Words so bad were used that they CAN’T air them because it’s against a moral code of conduct,” she shared.
Jojo made it clear that she understands conflict is part of reality television. “Yes we can argue and disagree and fight about silly things, even go low sometimes. That’s what happens on TV shows like this,” she explained.
However, she strongly condemned discrimination and cultural disrespect. “When people are treated differently based on colour or where they come from, when entire cultures are brought down and told that they are less important than others, that’s below the line,” she said.
She went further to call out what she believes is a bigger issue. “As a country, there should be NO tolerance for that,” she wrote. “To be enabling someone to the point where they believe they have no one to answer to for that behaviour is unethical.”
Despite the heavy tone of her message, Jojo ended with reflection and hope. “None of us are perfect,” she admitted. “I wasn’t always who I am now. I learnt through lessons and difficult situations and I changed for the better.”
She added, “I hope above all people learn lessons from this that help them to be better going forward. I hope for change above anything else for the ones that need it.”
Closing off her statement, Jojo chose peace over anger. “I wish nothing but love and peace for all our cast, crew, production and Showmax fans,” she wrote. “Love will always win and one day peace will be the order of the day. Straight through the fire.”
With that, Jojo has officially signed off on a season that sparked conversation across the country, leaving viewers with more than just reality TV drama to think about.
