Reality TV star and content creator Jojo Robinson is once again opening up about her cosmetic surgery journey — and she’s doing it with her trademark honesty and humour. The Real Housewives of Durban star recently took fans behind the scenes of her latest procedure, keeping them updated every step of the way.
On October 13, 2025, Jojo revealed that she was preparing for another round of surgery, this time targeting her thighs. Known for being outspoken and confident, the reality star shared her excitement and nerves with her followers, writing, “Goodbye Thunder thighs… I’m over you. You may exit the Jojo. Checked into hospital and ready to check the chubby legs straight out.”
Jojo explained that her decision to undergo the procedure wasn’t just about appearance, but also about comfort. “Not having any thigh gap means my legs rub constantly together. Also tho… I mean, summer is coming,” she admitted.
Just two days later, on October 15, Jojo returned to Instagram with a candid post-surgery update, showing off her sense of humour even while recovering. “Swollen and all. Is that a thigh gap I spy? Btw… I’m 5kgs of swollen at the moment still. So this window isn’t open yet… but hello,” she wrote, hinting at her progress while joking about the post-op swelling.
In true Jojo fashion, she didn’t hold back about the more difficult side of recovery either, adding, “The way anesthesia makes me a miserable beast tho… yoh someone send help… I’m moody af.”
