In a heart-wrenching revelation, celebrated singer Winnie Khumalo announced that her daughter, Rethabile, has been hospitalised after allegedly being poisoned by a friend. Sharing the distressing news on Instagram, Winnie detailed the harrowing ordeal her daughter is enduring.
“So I thought I will keep quiet until my daughter is okay,” she wrote. “She is fighting for her life… She has been poisoned by a so-called friend. It has been six days now in the hospital… So I decided it’s only fair to share with her supporters these sad news… They did operations on her already. We are hoping that @rethabile_rsa will soon recover, but at the moment, akukho kuhle… She has been on and off… When you pray, please include her in your prayers… Ubunzima bokuba umzali.”
The emotional plea continued on her Instagram Stories, where Winnie wished Rethabile a speedy recovery and reminded her of her importance to the family. “Fight @rethabile_rsa, your son needs you, we all do,” she urged.
