The power couple of the celebrity world has to be Beyoncé and Jay Z, Mr and Mrs Carter don’t always flash their lives in front of our eyes but it’s interesting to see what they spend their millions on.
At the end of last year Beyoncé and Jay Z lost out on a $70 million Beverly Hills mansion that they really had their eyes on, but that didn’t stop the power couple’s plans of moving to Los Angeles.
The Carters are said to have just signed a year-long lease for an equally lavish $35 million mansion in Los Angeles’ Holmby Hills that costs a reported $150k a month just to rent.
The home was listed on Realtor.com, it is said to have seven bedrooms, eight bathrooms, a walk-in wine cellar, massage room, elevator, tennis court, outdoor kitchen, infinity pool, and “cascading waterfall.” The home also has a 75-foot gallery where the couple can display all their collectables.
It also said that this is the same home that the couple rented last summer, but they negotiated the price down from $200k a month by dealing directly with the owner.
