ICYMI, Donald gets a shoutout from Empire cast members. Donald definitely didn’t leave Terrence Howard and Taraji P.Henson in denial when he performed for them few weeks ago on their Jozi takeover. As he gears up for his upcoming Red Mic experience, he’s getting a little help from his famous Hollywood friends to make sure it’s a success.

“Look, all of you guys out there need to check out Donald and his DVD recording, The Red Mic Experience, August 19. This is the Lyon family giving all our love out to Donald. Kill it, To the empire! To Donald,” Terence and his on screen son Jussien promoted the South African singer in a video posted on Instagram.

Donald gushed about the humble Empre duo after performing for them saying, “They showed me such genuine love for my gift. I’m so glad I got to perform for such greatness.”
