I just can’t leave her!

Guys i wish u Ppl Will Advice me : I just Love A gal , I’ve been in touch with her Past A Month. She Treats me as A best friend , But I just Love her a Lot That I respect her as i do to my Mom. I have proposed her but she rejected me saying that she wl always be my best friend as she has a lot of family problems , she respects her mother a lot and just cares a lot for me too. Im in a Situation where i just cant Leave her and i feel realy hurt when i try to ignore her , she told me she also feels the same. Now what Shall i do ??
