I can’t see any future for the both of us.

I met a lady after having a fight with my long distance partner and we see each other almost everyday (she partially moved in ). Now me and my ex wanna make up. How do I tell the other lady (recent) that my old lover wants me back? I know it’s difficult as I don’t want to hurt her but after knowing that she’s got two kids I can’t see any future for both of us.

please help!
