How Caster Semenya Has Been Reacting After Losing Appeal Against IAAF Testosterone Rules! Athletics’ governing body, the IAAF on Wednesday announced the verdict by the court of arbitration for sport after three arbitrators had spent more than two months deliberating over Caster’s landmark legal case.
Semenya, who has not been beaten over 800m since 2015, will have to take medication to significantly reduce her testosterone if she wants to run internationally at events between 400m and a mile. She has however received support from all over the world and evidently the majority is on her side.
Taking to social media, Caster shared some inspirational quotes which kind of explained how she must be feeling. “Sometimes it’s better to react with no reaction,” reads one of the quotes. See them below.
