Renowned traditional healer and beloved television personality, Makgotso Lee-Anne Mokopo, famously known as Gogo Maweni from the hit show “Izangoma Zodumo,” is expecting her fourth child. The news, shared via her Instagram page, has ignited excitement among her fans, marking a new chapter in her journey to motherhood.

Gogo Maweni, who already has three children from previous relationships, including one with actor Sthembiso Khoza and another with former soccer star Siyabonga Zulu, expressed her joy at the prospect of expanding her family with her husband, Sabelo Magube. Their journey to conceive has been a challenging one, with the couple undergoing in vitro fertilisation (IVF) treatments in their quest to welcome a new addition to their family.

In a candid interview with TshisaLIVE, Gogo Maweni opened up about her struggles with miscarriages in the past but remained optimistic about her current pregnancy. She shared, “It’s been a lot of tries. We had two embryos but lost one. So now we have this one growing, and I just want to keep it to myself with no noise and no drama. I want the baby to grow.”

The process of IVF, as explained by the Mayo Clinic, involves a series of intricate procedures aimed at aiding fertility and ensuring a healthy conception. Gogo Maweni’s decision to share her journey highlights the importance of breaking the stigma surrounding fertility treatments and miscarriages, offering hope and encouragement to others facing similar challenges.

Despite her excitement, Gogo Maweni has chosen to keep details about her pregnancy private, opting to cherish this special time with her family away from the public eye. Her resilience and determination serve as an inspiration to many, reminding us all of the beauty and joy that come with the miracle of life. As she embarks on this new chapter, fans eagerly await updates and continue to shower her with love and support.
