Look at all the options. Does it work out for you, is it going for to work out for your brand? Read your contracts, read your agreements so that you have a clear understanding of what is it that you actually signing into,” he said.
“Just have a clear understanding and vision of where you want to be as an artist, producer before signing so that you can have a clear understanding of how you want to help you. Unlike just signing for the sake of signing and you expecting everything to just be okay. It usually doesn’t work that way—you need to put in the work,” he added.
“Because you signing doesn’t mean you mustn’t put in the work. I think the mistake some young people make is they rush to get signed. It can be a major label or small growing label that has the hype. It goes into a lot, there’s cons and pros into signing and you have to understand yourself and your direction,” Felo Le Tee concluded.
