generations

So the question on Monday was, will Generations: The Legacy be airing on SABC 1 or not well you got your answer as you watched the first two episodes of the series for this week already.

Generations: The Legacy will continue to be aired as the older version’s Generations actors could not successfully file an interdict to take it off air, I mean if you want something to happen why not make the time for it!

The lawyer of the 16 former Genarations actors , Bulelani Mzamo says his clients could not all sign the necessary documentation as they were “tied up in different commitments”, Sowetan reports.

Mzamo goes on to say that the matter will be taken to the South Gauteng High Court, once again for the actors to state their case. Question  is, if they already failed once what will make them succeed the second time around?

“They know very well that the 16 actors are seeking reinstatement and they also know that commissioners are not capable of of dealing with legal matters. We are now taking the matter from the CCMA to the High Court,” says Mzamo to the paper.

Meanwhile, SABC Spokesperson Kaizer Kganyago says this is news to him, wow.

“Even if it is an application, there should be a sitting where all parties are present to argue on the urgency. As far as I know, we did not not receive anything,” says Kganyago.

We are still to see if Generations: The Legacy will be taken off air or not and if Skeem Saam will once again have to save the day.

Anyhu…as you were…
