“Everything Makes Me Cry,” Says DJ Zinhle

This might come as a surprise to most people considering how much DJ Zinhle is viewed as a strong person. The mom of one has been made the measure up of having grace and strength by black twitter but the later doesn’t seem true if you ask Zinhle herself. “Everything makes me cry,” says DJ Zinhle.

The successful DJ is featured in producer Nicky Greenwall’s new book ‘I am Famous in South Africa’ where she opened up about what it means to her to be famous.

“I realized that actually I don’t have to be in those spaces. I am an emotional. Everything makes me cry. Fame is not all its cracked up to be at all. For me it’s not what people think it is. It’s work,” she said.
