Enhle Mbali Drags Black Coffee To Court For Allegedly Assaulting Her. Former married couple Black Coffee and Enhle Mbali are far from done with regards to the dramatic saga that is their divorce after the actress dragged her ex husband to court once again.
According to the Daily Sun publication, Mbali has filed legal documents at the Randburg magistrates court against Black Coffee real name Nkosinathi Maphumulo for allegedly slapping her on the hand during an argument they had last week.
According to the publication, Enhle included in her application for a protection order , the actress claimed that this was not the first time that the DJ has gotten physical towards her.
Apparently, the argument took place in the couples marital home in Sandton where Enhle still lives. According to the publication, the altercation happened during Enhle’s 33rd birthday dinner celebration in full view of her guests.
The actress detailed how the incident happened claiming that, the DJ barged into the party unannounced claiming that he needed to speak to her. Once they were alone, the DJ allegedly raised his voice yelling that this is his house and she can’t have a party without his permission.
After demanding the dinner be shut down, Black Coffee reportedly pushed her and slapped her hand to move her out the way. According to the filed documents, the DJ regularly barges into their home unannounced and she has had to change the locks on the door.
“Nathi has done this before in 2014 and I saw the same look on his face. He’s scaring me as he is becoming irrational. I do have a scratch on my hand from the incident“ Enhle wrote on the statement according to the publication.
As part of her request on the interim protection order, Enhle has appealed to the court for her former husband to only contact her via email. Black Coffee has been given a month to appeal to the court as to why the interim protection order should not be made permanent.
Enhle recently celebrated her 33rd birthday with her loved ones in a glamorous all white dinner party and gifted herself with a brand new whit Porsche sports car.
