Enhle Mbali On Forgiveness And Letting Go. The actress and fashion designer has been on a quest to fulfilling her soul and doing inner work on herself. She took to her socials to let her followers know how adopting healthy practices like forgiveness has become of great importance to her.

In Enhle Mbali’s third post of her ‘Soul Binge’ social media journey to a new Enhle, she decided to talk about forgiveness. Mbali added that many people experiencing all kinds of pain struggled with forgiving people as they held onto their pain. Additionally, that it is of utter importance that one doesn’t let the emotional pain get to them whereby they change to be spiteful. Her post further hinted to forgiving her ex-husband, Black Coffee.

“We all have in varying amounts some kind of pain. It’s what you do with the pain that separates us. You could let it turn you into a terrible bitter, petty person or you could learn from it and be a better. For this to happen, you need to sit with self, understand the pain, understand where it comes from, understand who caused it (without blame ) and actively start to heal,” she wrote.

Her post went on to further state that it is particularly important for people to let go of grudges and bitterness, simply by embracing all of their pain and actively working to deal with it in healthy spaces.

“Today | suggest you find yourself a corner of peace, dig deep. Cry. Scream. Be angry. Be a victim. Then let it go. Today you’re taking ownership of your life. Today you are establishing a new self. Your traumas will never go away, but how you handle them makes you a different person. I’m sorry you went through it. But I’m happy you’re doing something about it. Sit in the storm. Then actively pull yourself out of it. I love you,”Enhle concluded.

Enhle’s inspirational post comes after sharing to her 2,4 Instagram followers on 21 March, that her going bald and topless signified a mark to a new journey of self-discovery.
