The 2024 DStv Content Creator Awards took center stage on Saturday, October 12th, in the vibrant heart of Sandton at Nelson Mandela Square. Hosted by the charismatic Anele Mdoda, who even showed off some dance moves for her audience, the event promised an exclusive and intimate experience for those lucky enough to attend.
The night featured mesmerizing performances from the Bontle Modiselle Dance Studio, Nina Hastie, Cassidy Nicholson, Manila Von Teez, Ina Propriette, and Mandisi Tshingana, among others. Adding to the excitement was the Channel O afterparty, headlined by the talented Ms Cosmo.
The awards ceremony honoured a range of talented creators across various categories. Colour Me Simphiwe took home two major wins, including the Beauty Award and the prestigious Spirit of Africa Award, presented by Amarula Premium African Gin. This recognition came with a grand prize of R20,000.

• Foodie Award: Sifo The Cooking Husband
• Fashion & Style Award: Nabilah Kariem
• Best Event After Movie Award: Rage Festival by G&G Productions
• Best Creator Campaign Content Award: Chris Rogers for Bonaqua Chug Life
•DStv Content Creator of the Year Award: Sifo The Cooking Husband, who also took home R20,000.
Zoliswa Mahlobo won a luxurious 5-night trip to Mauritius, courtesy of Flight Centre and Beachcomber Resorts and Hotels, while Lasizwe, Christall Kay, Mihlali Ndamase, Zintle Zee, and Sinaye were among the celebrities who graced the event.
