Dr Criselda Kananda Celebrates Being Bestowed With Her Honorary Doctorate

Congratulations are in order for former radio host and HIV activist Criselda Kananda as she has finally been bestowed with her Honorary Doctorate Degree for social Services. Taking to Instagram in a lengthy note, she expressed her gratitude and how proud she is of this achievement.

Taking to Instagram, Kananda shared the great news with her Instagram followers to celebrate the great news. In the lengthy post she also expressed how humble she feels to be selected as a leader among the many leaders who came before her, and she is honoured to be chosen as a servant to the community.

“Since its inception, great leaders, professionals and business people have passed through their academic conveyor belt. I’m just at a loss of words that I was chosen and honored for serving humanity. It was never easy but so worth it” she wrote.

Criselda went on to mention her excitement to have demonstrated leadership qualities that she and the University can be very proud of and she will continue being an inspiration and a role model for people to also reach for the stars.
