‘Dating A Broke Person Affects A Relationship,’ Says Somizi! If you don’t have coins together, then Somizi ain’t for you. The media personality who is currently enjoying the peak of his career sounded off on dating someone who doesn’t measure up on fiances.

Speaking to his Fresh Breakfast co-hosts, Somizi said he believes dating someon who is broke only creates problems in the relationship. According to Somizi, should put aside falling in love and work hard instead.

“I am advocating drive and independence on both sides. Two people should work towards being financially stable.

“You don’t wake up and fall in love. Before you fall in love let’s be realistic and the reality is you are broke. I’ve been the one  who had it all and the other person didn’t. It affects a relationship, Somizi said.
