Chief keeper Brilliant Kuzwayo has been fined R10 000 for speeding after he pleaded guilty, the Mpumalanga Department of Community Safety, Security and Liaison has said.
The star was arrested on 28 March 2016 on N3 Road between Heidelberg and Welge Toll Plaza for exceeding speed limit of 120 km/h when he clocked 163 km/h in his BMW by Mpumalanga Police.
“After appearing at the Balfour Magistrate Court on 31 March 2016, Khuzwayo was fined an amount of R10 000 and released on warning after pleading guilty to charges laid against him”, the department confirmed.
Kuzwayo is no stranger to breaking the law. He was arrested for speeding at 166km/h an hour near the town of Ballito north of Durban last year in August.
A hijacked car was also found at his place in Johannesburg back in 2013 although he wasn’t charged for it.
