What To Eat…
Post @sweat_1000 grub for my #birthday6pack . Tuna. Avo. Baby potatoes. Lettuce. Cherry tomatoes. And some freshly squeezed carrot, pear and ginger juice.
Tip. Always drink water before eating so you don’t fill up unnecessarily. Sometimes you’re thirsty (for water) not hungry.
