Despite facing recent criticism over his viral single Kusho Bani, rapper Cassper Nyovest is determined to prove his relevance in the music industry by hosting another epic Fill Up concert. Known for his larger-than-life shows, Cassper’s Fill Up concerts have become a hallmark of his career, with past events selling out at some of South Africa’s most iconic venues, including The Dome in Johannesburg (2015), Orlando Stadium (2016), FNB Stadium (2017), Moses Mabhida Stadium (2018), and Fill Up Mmabatho in Mahikeng in December 2022.

Recently, Cassper found himself in the spotlight after a harsh critique from Mac G on the Podcast and Chill show. Mac G didn’t hold back, calling Cassper “washed” and suggesting he should “leave the mic before the mic leaves him.” While such comments could discourage many, Cassper is using them as motivation to push forward with another Fill Up concert.

Many calls&messages from ppl who wanna be involved with fill up. I’ve stayed away from this concept for a lil while cause of the stress but I know with GOD by my side, we will sell out the next stadium. WE MOVE BY FAITH!!! THIS ONE IS FOR THE DREAMERS!! ANNOUNCEMENT COMING SOON!

In a series of social media posts, Cassper made it clear that he was going all out this year. “You know what? Let me book a stadium and do Fill Up one more time so we can restore order. Nkare bafana ba ba Tla ntlwaela cause ke itidimaletse! (Looks like these boys are being disrespectful because I’m quiet). Which stadium y’all want? Let’s rock,” he wrote, rallying his fans and supporters to back him as he gets ready for the big event.

Cassper’s fans have remained loyal throughout the years, and one supporter on X (formerly Twitter) made it clear how much they appreciate the rapper’s perseverance. “One thing I love about Cass is that he’s been hearing this his whole career and he never gave a “f”( about what people say). They may say he must leave music, he’s washed, and all that crap, but I know for sure we his fans appreciate what he does for us.”

Cassper responded to the criticism with a strong message: “I’m doing it. I’m not bigger or better than anyone in the game. I’m not bigger than the game itself. I trust God. Anything is possible if you pray. There is power in the name of Jesus. Even if the world was against you, you will come out unscathed. Watch.”

He also revealed how excited he was to bring his vision to life. “Just called my manager T-Lee, and asked him to call stadium management because I’m doing Fill Up this year. Never heard that n*gga get so excited. He has been asking me and I’m finally ready. Team Nyovest. Get ready. We going back to the stadium. It’s time. We move by faith.”

Cassper’s determination is backed by his continued success in music. His latest single, Kusho Bani, has already racked up impressive numbers, hitting 2 million plays on YouTube Music, 1 million streams on Spotify, and 1 million views on YouTube within just three weeks. “Shout out to everyone streaming and supporting the music. I really really really appreciate it man. I do this for y’all and y’all have shown nothing but LOVE!!!,” he said, acknowledging the support from his fans.

Despite the setbacks and negative comments, Cassper Nyovest is staying focused on his next big move: taking Fill Up to the stadiums once again. The announcement of the Fill Up concert is coming soon, and fans are eager to see the next chapter in Cassper’s remarkable journey.
