TV presenter and actress Candice Modiselle has exciting news to share with her followers as she marks a significant personal milestone. In a heartfelt post, Candice reflected on her growth over the past 10 months, which she describes as both challenging and rewarding.
“I call this chapter: DEVOTED. Class of ’24, graduating in our devotion in service to God,” she shared, expressing deep gratitude for her spiritual journey. Candice continued, “Bathong Tumelo!! A challenging but remarkable 10 months of studying the word, analysing scripture, growing in my knowledge of the heart and character of God, and developing a more refined discipline in leadership. Thank you @everynation.rosebank!”
Her experience has been a transformative one, with Candice describing it as a period of feeling both “the most foreign” and “the most home” she has ever felt. She explained, “Two years ago, I made a commitment to surrender my plans, my life, my heart completely to God. This is only just 1 more leap of a lifetime of steps in that direction.”
Candice emphasised the ongoing nature of this journey: “Every day demands a renewal of that very commitment.” She also acknowledged the strength and love she has received from her faith community. “I’ve been kept and carried by this community, which has been an awe-inspiring expression of God’s love for me,” she said.
Looking forward, Candice is embracing 2024 as a year of continued personal growth. “Wow 2024!! A year of being gracefully broken to be built up in Christ again,” she wrote.
