Actress Buhle Samuels is making headlines after unverified reports surfaced online claiming she’s in serious legal trouble involving a luxury vehicle. According to social media buzz, the star is allegedly facing charges of fraud and forgery connected to a high-end Porsche SUV she showed off on her Instagram last August.
The gossip began spreading when TikTok blog SA Gossip Lab claimed that Buhle appeared in the Alexandra Magistrates’ Court earlier this week. The appearance is said to be linked to an ongoing investigation about how the actress obtained the flashy Porsche. According to the blog, Buhle is accused of forging official company documents and signatures to register the vehicle in her name — allegedly without any proper authorisation or payment.
The blog further claimed that the All’s Fair in Love actress tried to take ownership of the luxury car by creating fake company resolutions, leading to the current legal saga.
However, Buhle Samuels has broken her silence regarding the allegations. Popular gossip blog Maphepha Ndaba reportedly contacted the actress to get her side of the story, and she directly responded, strongly denying all the claims made against her.
Maphepha Ndaba posted: “It is alleged that sultry actress #buhlesamuels is dragged to court over allegations of fraud. It is alleged that she forged signatures to obtain the expensive automobile, however Samuels refutes all allegations.”
Buhle Samuels responded to the blog with a clear statement:
“It’s a legal matter so I cannot get into the nitty gritty currently. What I can categorically state is, the accusations are very false and legal action will be taken against anyone who endorses these falsehoods. I’d prefer for you not to run with this, until the matter is resolved. The truth will reveal itself in due course.”.
