We’re honestly starting to think that Brickz enjoyed his time behind bars because it seems like he doesn’t know how to keep himself out of trouble!
According to Sunday World the musician was arrested and charged last week with assault after he beat up and threatened to kill his girlfriend, Nhlanhla Khumalo.
The two have been in a relationship for quite some time now but the paper reports that things turned sour recently after Nhlanhla reached out for help from the police with claims that the rapper beat her up and threatened to take her life.
The statement given by Nhlanhla is that the rapper has choked her several times and beat her against a wall on numerous occasions.
“He is not fit to live with people and I wish they take him back to prison because that’s where he belongs. He lied to me that he was no longer seeing his ex-wife, Nqobile , but to my shock I found them together at his home in Zola,” Nhlanhla told the paper.
Justice Mabaso spokesperson for the Jabulani police station confirmed that a case of assault had been opened against Brickz and that the rapper handed himself over to the police last Thursday.
It’s said that Brickz was released a day later.
“The docket was not put on the court roll, it was sent back to the station for further investigations,” said the officer.
