Brian Themba Reportedly Set To Be Dropped By Muvhango! After recycling actors for the role of Rantumeng, Muvhango is reportedly ready to let the character go which means Brian Themba who currently portray the role will leave the drama soapie.
According to Sunday Sun, the soapie producers had allegedly run out of ideas for the Ranthumeng character. This was allegedly by prompted by the departure of Ranthumeng’s wife Thandaza Mokoena played by Sindi Dlathu.
“It was always hectic for his character because he was always associated with the Thandaza role. Producers have been struggling for months to keep his role despite signs that it wasn’t working after they wrote off the Thandaza role. He’s still shooting, but his character will be over soon,” an alleged close source told the publication.
Reached for a comment, Brian reportedly confirmed the rumors but would not share details. “The best person to speak to is the Muvhango publicist. We’re busy preparing for a proper exit from the show. And I’ll call you when I’m ready to talk,” he was quoted saying.
