American celebrity stylist, Law Roach aka Luxury Law’s sudden retirement has been met with many Hollywood celebs expressing shock and disappointment. South Africa’s golden IT girl, Bonang also took to her socials to thank him for his impeccable work.
Bonang Matheba is part of a long list of the world’s most famous fashion icons and entertainers like Noami Campbell, Bella Hadid, Celine Dion, Ariana Grande and many more who have worked with the highly esteemed stylist, Law Roach.
A lot of Bonang’s red carpet looks old and new have always had a wow-factor. Her exquisite style in fashion and eccentricity have always stunned people as being one of the few women in modern South Africa’s fashion industry to try out never-seen-before looks. Matheba’s style has also always said to be of international standards because of her close proximity to well renowned fashion stars and designers.
Back in 2016, Matheba flew in Law Roach from the US, for him to style her as the co-host of the ‘Metro FM’ awards. She was styled by Law Roach in some of his visually appealing clothing items, leaving Bonang as one of the best dressed hosts in the history of the award’s show existence.
Taking to Instagram on Wednesday, 15 March, Law penned an emotional farewell message stating that he was leaving the fashion industry, citing people being inconsiderate and creating lies about him is what led to his retirement. Bonang joins a list of celebs like Real Housewives Of Atlanta, Nene Leakes, Naomi Campbell, Lala Anthony, Zendaya, Jordan Sparks and more to pay tribute to the legendary fashion icon.
Taking to Twitter, Bonang quoted a picture tweet with a collage of her photos Luxury Law was responsible for styling, “We killed it!! Good times!!” Matheba wrote. “Please. No,” Matheba wrote in devastation responding to the news of his retirement.
