They say that Bonang Matheba stays booking all the good gigs but, it looks like she just lost a really big one.

The TV and radio personality will no longer be the host of Mzansi Magic’s Clash Of The Choirs Competition.

Sunday Sun reports that Bonang will be replaced by Isibaya actor Lawrence Maleka to host the third season of the show.

It’s said that Bonang will be too busy for the show and just simply can’t fit it into her schedule. Ok, it looks like she still books a lot of gigs.

A source tells the paper that Matheba has done a great job hosting the show and it was simply time for Mzansi Magic to let her go.

“As much as Queen B did well on the small screen this year, her personal drama also made banner headlines. And the AKA love drama saga was also bad for her image,” the source said.

Bonang also confirmed that she will indeed be leaving the show: “I have been following Lawrence since day one. He is doing well. I am happy for him. Obviously I am disappointed that I’m not coming back.”
