Bonang Matheba Is Launching A Podcast Under Charlamagne tha God’s ‘Black Effect’ Podcast Network! Bonang has been making major moves in lockdown and her latest venture is set to bring joy to her radio fans and fanbase.
A few weeks ago Bonang broke SABC viewership record with her two part special: A Very Bonang Year. The documentary followed Queen B as she traveled around the world for work and gave a glimpse of her plans to work in America.
Well, it’s almost time as Bonang has been named as one of a few personalities that will host their own podcast shows under her good friend, radio and media personality Charlamagne tha God’s new podcast network called Black Effect Podcast Network in partnership with iHeartMedia.
Many people are looking to move into the podcast space at the moment, with audiences moving somewhat away from live shows on many occasions to content they can consume on their own time. Because of this, many people are looking into how to make your podcast SEO-friendly, how to set up their microphones for the best sound, and so on. However, with her prior fame and know-how on the table, no doubt Bonang’s next plan won’t need too much of a boost to get started. Why? Well, She will host her own podcast show called “Untitled” with Bonang Matheba.
The network is set to “amplify, elevate, and empower emerging and established talent. Our goal is to shift the narrative from Black creators signing transactional deals, to instead forming legacy partnerships that build generational wealth while allowing each creative to have an equitable stake in their future. As a long-time partner of iHeart, it’s an honor to make history with them” as explained by Charlamagne himself.
To say this is exciting news is an understatement. We love everything she does, and this is sure to be a hit. Congratulations Queen, we can’t wait!
