The TV personality Bonang Matheba has denied being in a romantic relationship with D’banj, on TV so you can all hear it straight from the horses mouth and not through a picture.
Bonang was on Vuzu last night and said that her relationship with D’banj is strictly platonic, no strings attached.
“Banj and I are good friends. I mean we’ve known each other for about 4 years now. So unless you hear it from me or him there’s nothing there, nothing to celebrate,” Bonang said.
But really Bonang, after all those pictures on Instagram and that “Take me to my love post…” you got people excited and social media booming about your apparent relationship with D’banj.
We’ve never seen friends post pictures of themselves starring into eachothers eyes or holding eachother’s waists on the beach and kissing on cheeks, but oh well that’s what Bonang Matheba does with her male friends apparently.
A report in Nigeria’s ynaija.com also poured cold water and ice on the rumours of a love affair between the two,damn!
“It is a publicity stunt. They are having a good laugh over all the media reports. He is not in any relationship so to speak for now, that is all I can say,” a source from D’banj’s camp was quoted saying. They just toying with us.
