Bonang Hires Somizi’s Ex Director In An Attempt To Save ‘Being Bonang’. A day after news broke that the media personality’s reality show is failing to pull in big numbers or make the top ten most watched shows on Vuzu, Bonang has called in the big guns to try and revive the show.
‘Being Bonang’ has a new director and it’s Somizi’s former director for his own reality show, Living the Dream with Somizi.
The new director Olwethu Mlotshwa however says there’s nothing to save as the show is already doing well.
“From the numbers we have so far, Bonang’s show is doing very well, especially since it is in such a tough time slot. I have watched the reaction to the show closely and I think that the problem is that people have unrealistic expectations,” he told TshisaLIVE.
“They think that it will be the same Bonang they saw on Live Amp but Bonang is older and she is different.”
