Boity Thulo Goes On A Spiritual Journey

New age,new adventures, new person.

It looks like turning 25 has made Boity a new person somehow. The TV personality recently spoke to Sowetan about her new spiritual journey of finding herself and having internal peace.

“I realised I had a lot going well and my career, but nothing makes me happy. I knew it had nothing to do with the physical, but with the internal spiritual world and so I went on this journey,” Boity explains.

According to Sowetan Boity frequently goes on spiritual weekend retreats in Magaliesberg and on the retreats she’s always the youngest of the group. Boity also cuts out all outside contact when meditating on as this could be a distraction to her spiritual journey. She has also been put on a strict diet, nothing that’s new to her of course.

The Rockville actress told the paper: “Things have moved so fast, but now I like the pace… My career is going good and I can think and breathe more and be with myself and listen to myself instead of rushing.”
