The once-buzzing social media trio, Birth Of Stars, is allegedly no longer together, according to a report by ZiMoja. The group, which was made up of influencer Oratile “Coachella Randy” Masedi, musician Kamohelo “Kamo WW” Pule, and artist Kagiso Mogola, has decided to go their separate ways, much to the surprise of their fans.
A close friend of the group revealed that the trio’s vision had shifted, leading to their split. “I mean, they are growing older and finding their individuality,” the friend explained. “It only makes sense for them to have their separate brands outside Birth Of Stars. There was no major fallout, just minor disagreements that pushed them apart.”
Despite the amicable split, the group’s short-lived YouTube reality show, which they launched to much fanfare, didn’t quite make it past its initial episodes. One member, who requested to remain anonymous, shared, “We ran out of content. I just don’t want to sound bitter. We had the potential but no content. It was fun, and we had a good run. But we have different career plans and paths. Some people just don’t know what they want.”
Another insider hinted that the group’s individual personalities might have also contributed to the divide. “They all possess main character energy and that can be complicated. They fell out, yes, but they are still friends,” the friend added.
