December is around the corner and everyone is on the ‘Summer Body Missions’.
One person that has always kept her body in check is TV personality and model Boity but, we’ve found someone else with a killer body that you can look up to and get fitness advise from.
You know her as ‘Nikki’ from Rhythm City but, Nolo Phiri really knows how to take care of her body and hit the gym hard.
They always say that it’s 80% in the kitchen and 20% in the gym, whatever percentage she’s putting in she seems to be doing a really great job.
