Lynn Forbes Sings Nadia Nakai’s Praises In Heartfelt Appreciation Post. The late AKA’s mother Lynn has made a few headlines over the years in relation to who her son has dated.

Lynn has always been close to DJ Zinhle, even making a few appearances on her reality TV show and had also been once close to Bonang Matheba but their relationship later strained, she has been rather very close to Nadia even after losing her son.

The late AKA and his girlfriend Nadia made their relationship Instagram official back in 2022, when they posted a video of themselves locking lips at a club named Orthodox VIP Lounge in Johannesburg. Since then, the pair had been inseparable, vacationing overseas and looking madly in love and had recently appeared on SABC 3’s ‘The Insider’ where they shared their love story and how much they adored each other.

As the family continues to remember AKA, Lynn recently took to Instagram to share a heartfelt message–thanking Nadia for loving AKA the same way he also loved her and the people around her. This comes less than two weeks after she took to the podium at her son’s memorial service to make it clear that DJ Zinhle and Nadia Nakai would always be part of her life and that she considered them as her daughters.

“LOVE & RESPECT. Love is not a reason to tolerate disrespect @nadianakai I am forever indebted to you for the way you love and respect my son to this day. You showed him what real love and respect is and you brought out the absolute best in him,” she wrote.

“Kiernan was born with love, raised in love, gave love to so many and all he wanted in return was to be loved and respected in the same way. You gave that to him and he died surrounded by love. Thank You,” Lynn added.

Lynn also shared a lengthy quote by author Sylvester McNutt to reinforce her appreciation post of love to Nadia Nakai.
