Singer and media personality Unathi has never shied away from responding back to her social media critics whether they are coming for her singing ability, looks or family. This time is no different as she once again proved she’s the clapback queen.

Unathi found herself defendeding her character and why she gt divorced after a critic came for her. This comes after Minnie Dlamini posted a photo celebrating her parents clocking 33 years of marriage. Minnie gushed over her parents’ love saying, “The Dlamini home has always been filled with love and laughter! Thank you for not only showing me what love is but what commitment really is. I’ve watched you choose each other everyday and you guys are the reason I have and will always believe in marriage and true love.”

One of Minnie’s friends, Unathi commented saying, “Oh uMma wam looks so happy. UBaba too. One of my favourite pics of the fam and my brothers. Because off them I have you♥️.” This is when one critic responded to Unathi’s commenting questioning why she couldn’t follow Minnie’s parents and her own parents’ lead in long lasting marriage. “Why can’t you be like them and your own parents who have been married for decades?,” the critic commented. In response, Unathi didn’t hold back and clapped back telling off the critic.

“Don’t act like you know THEM or MY PARENTS. Also ask my ex WHY he can’t be like Minnie’s dad or MINE SDENGE SOMFANA,” Unathi responded.

Minnie and Unathi’s friendship has been questioned on social media with critics wondering what the two bond over whilst some suggest divorce. Minnie was married to Quinton Jones for almost four years whilst Unathi was married to Bad Boy T for nine years.
