Amanda Du Pont Responds To MacG’s Legal Demands Through Her Attorney’s. The lawsuits are out and the Amanda, Jub Jub and MacG plot is getting thicker by the minute. MacG is taking action against Amanda Du Pont after his name was involved in rape allegations made by the actress last week. The Podcast And Chill host demanded through his attorney’s that Amanda retract the defamatory statement and aplogize.
In the letter of demand to Amanda, MacG claims to have suffered major reputational damage following her video exposing Jub Jub, as now over 2 million people view him as an abuser and a rapist. Although he sympathizes with how the interview might have triggered Amanda, he is still not happy that she has now labelled him something he is not.
MacG has also reached out to the actress with the hopes of finding an amicable solution and to hopefully meet in a form of a roundtable. He also claims to have given her enough time to apologize for the rape allegations made in the video. Amanda du-Pont who has waged a full on war against MacG and Jub Jub has responded to MacG’s letters of demand through her attorney’s and she is not about it.
It appears that Du Pont is not interested in apologizing to MacG or having any sort of engagement with the YouTuber and considers the podcaster as a nobody to her. The letters she sent through her lawyers Marweshe Inc. Attorneys, have been shared on social media. The letter claims MacG’s correspondence with Amanda via his attorney, his laughter and word choices as a podcaster amount to both civil and crimen iniura.
The attorney’s accused MacG of trying to silence a survivor of abuse by intimidation but have assured him that it will not work, and Amanda will be seeking justice from both Jub Jub and the podcaster.
The Uyajola host has broken his silence regarding the rape and abuse allegations levelled against him with a statement sharing how regretful he is for some of the comments he made in the interview especially about Amanda. Jub Jub added that he was out of line for discussing intimate information about their relationship and he wishes to apologize to her for the humiliation.
He did also address the allegations of rape made by the actress claiming that he will be taking the legal route going forward in solving it. He will also be dealing with the other accusers via his attorney and requests for the public and media to let the law run its course.
