Nxumalo also went down memory lane when she almost lost her life to COVID-19. The actress was reportedly in and out of hospital for a long period but was fortunately, granted another chance and made a full recovery.
“7 months ago, I didn’t even know what my future held. All I knew was the pain I was in and them cortisone cheeks. Today…I’m making future plans, I’m back at work, I’m living many of my dreams; and I turn 39 on Today” she wrote.
The actress recently had a near death experience when she was diagnosed with COVID-19. Thembisa was admitted into hospital and spent well over a month in and out of hospital. Even though she was scared throughout the experience, Nxumalo credits her husband for giving her the fighting spirit to make a full recovery.
